About Mabthera 100 Mg Injection

Mabthera 100 mg Injection  belongs to a class of medicines called monoclonal antibodies used in the treatment of non-Hodgkin’s disease and chronic lymphocytic leukaemia. This medicine is also used in treating rheumatoid arthritis in combination with methotrexate and granulomatosis in combination with glucocorticoids. It is also used to treat Pemphigus Vulgaris (PV) and mature B-cell acute leukaemia (B-AL).

Mabthera 100 mg Injection  may cause certain side effects, such as pale skin, painful urination, night sweats, flushing, back pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach pain, mouth sores, peeling of skin, injection site reactions and pain at the site of injection. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. Mabthera 100 mg Injection  is a parenteral preparation. A trained healthcare professional will administer it. Infimab 100mg Injection is an antirheumatic medication that belongs to a class of drugs known as TNF (tumour necrosis factor) alfa inhibitors containing the active ingredient Infliximab. This medication is used to treat various inflammatory conditions, primarily autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, and psoriasis.

If you are allergic to Infimab 100mg Injection or any other ingredients, you should not use this medication. Individuals who are allergic (hypersensitive) to proteins that come from mice should not receive this drug. If you have active tuberculosis (TB) or another severe infection like pneumonia or sepsis, this drug should not be used, as it may weaken the immune system and exacerbate these infections.

The amount of Arpimune-O 50mg Capsule you take depends on your weight, medical condition, and what you are being treated for. Your doctor will plan the correct dose for you. Do not change the dose without talking to your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. It is better to take it, in the same way, and at the same time every day to get the maximum benefit. Keep taking it for as long as you have been told to, even if you feel well. Stopping treatment may increase the risk of your transplanted organ being rejected.

The most common side effects of this medicine include headache, unusual growth of facial or body hair, high blood pressure, diarrhea, gingival hyperplasia, and tremors. Because it lowers your immune system, you may also catch more infections than usual. Tell your doctor straight away if you develop an infection. For the same reason, you may be more at risk of developing some cancers, particularly of the skin. You should limit your exposure to sunlight.

Before taking this medicine you should tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, high blood pressure, gout (increased uric acid levels in the blood), or epilepsy. Also, tell your doctor about all other medicines you are taking as they may affect the working of the medicine. This medicine should only be used in pregnancy if it is clearly needed.
