Xalkori Crizotinib 250mg Tablet
Product Introduction Xalkori Crizotinib 250 mg Tablet is a prescription anticancer medicine used as a targeted therapy in the treatment of certain types of lung cancer. It contains Crizotinib as its active ingredient, which belongs to a class of medicines known as tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Unlike traditional chemotherapy that affects both healthy and cancerous cells, Crizotinib works by specifically targeting cancer cells with particular genetic mutations, making treatment more precise and effective.
Crizotinib is mainly indicated for patients with non-small cell lung cancer whose tumors test positive for ALK or ROS1 gene rearrangements. These genetic abnormalities cause cancer cells to grow and multiply uncontrollably. Before starting treatment, patients must undergo specialized testing to confirm the presence of these mutations, as Crizotinib is effective only in mutation-positive cancers.
Crizotinib works by blocking the activity of abnormal ALK and ROS1 proteins that send continuous growth signals to cancer cells. By inhibiting these signals, Crizotinib helps slow down or stop the growth and spread of cancer cells and may lead to tumor shrinkage in responsive patients. This targeted approach has shown better disease control and improved outcomes compared to standard chemotherapy in eligible patients.
Crizotinib is taken orally in capsule form, allowing patients to receive long-term treatment outside the hospital setting. However, because it can affect organs such as the liver, heart, and lungs, treatment with Crizotinib requires regular medical monitoring, including blood tests and clinical evaluations. The medicine should be taken strictly as prescribed by an oncologist.

Stelara Ustekinumab 45mg Injection
Product IntroductionStelara 45 mg Injection is a prescription biological medicine that contains Ustekinumab as its active ingredient. It is a monoclonal antibody designed to treat several chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. Stelara is mainly prescribed for conditions such as moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, Crohn’s disease, and ulcerative colitis, especially in patients who do not respond well to conventional treatments.
Autoimmune diseases occur when the immune system becomes overactive and mistakenly attacks the body’s own healthy tissues, leading to long-term inflammation, pain, and tissue damage. Stelara works by selectively targeting specific immune pathways rather than suppressing the entire immune system. It acts on two important inflammatory proteins, interleukin-12 (IL-12) and interleukin-23 (IL-23), which play a major role in triggering and maintaining inflammation in these diseases.
Stelara is administered as an injectable medicine, usually given under the skin, and is known for its long-lasting effect, which allows for less frequent dosing compared to many other treatments. This makes it a convenient option for long-term disease management. The dosage and treatment schedule depend on the medical condition being treated and the patient’s body weight.
Clinical studies have shown that Stelara effectively reduces skin lesions, joint inflammation, and intestinal symptoms, while also improving overall quality of life. Because it affects the immune system, patients receiving Stelara require careful medical supervision, including screening for infections before and during treatment.
In conclusion, Stelara 45 mg Injection is an advanced targeted therapy that offers effective control of chronic inflammatory diseases by blocking specific immune signals responsible for inflammation. When used correctly under medical guidance, it provides sustained symptom relief, improved daily functioning, and better long-term disease control.

Stivarga Regorafenib 40mg Tablet
Product Introduction Stivarga Regorafenib 40 mg Tablet is a prescription anticancer medicine used in the management of certain advanced and treatment-resistant cancers. It contains Regorafenib as its active ingredient and belongs to a group of targeted cancer therapies known as multikinase inhibitors. This medicine is typically prescribed to patients whose disease has progressed despite standard chemotherapy or other approved treatments and is used strictly under the supervision of an experienced oncologist.
Regorafenib works by targeting multiple protein kinases that play a key role in cancer development. These kinases are involved in tumor cell growth, formation of new blood vessels that supply nutrients to the tumor, and spread of cancer cells to other parts of the body. By blocking these pathways, Regorafenib helps slow down cancer progression and limit tumor growth.
Regorafenib is approved for use in conditions such as metastatic colorectal cancer, gastrointestinal stromal tumors that no longer respond to other treatments, and hepatocellular carcinoma in patients previously treated with sorafenib. Its ability to act on multiple cancer-related pathways makes it a valuable option when other therapies have failed.
The medicine is taken orally in tablet form, usually in treatment cycles consisting of daily dosing for three weeks followed by a one-week break. While this allows for convenient outpatient treatment, Regorafenib can cause significant side effects, particularly liver toxicity, high blood pressure, and skin reactions. Therefore, patients require regular blood tests and close clinical monitoring throughout treatment.
