Uses of Spegra Tablet 30's
• HIV-1 infection
Medicinal Benefits
Spegra Tablet 30's is an anti-retroviral drug used in the treatment of HIV-1 infection. Spegra Tablet 30's works by interfering with the replication of HIV and preventing its further progression. It contains Dolutegravir, Emtricitabine and Tenofovir alafenamide. Dolutegravir works by blocking HIV integrase, which is responsible for integrating viral DNA into the host cell. Thus, it inhibits the integration of the viral component into the human body cells. Emtricitabine works by inhibiting reverse transcriptase, which is responsible for transcribing RNA to DNA. By blocking this action, emtricitabine prevents the proliferation of the virus. Tenofovir alafenamide blocks the enzyme polymerase, thereby preventing aggregation of viral components and terminating the DNA chain, thus effectively nipping viral replication in the bud.
Directions for Use
Swallow Spegra Tablet 30's as a whole with water. Do not crush, chew or break it.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight

Taffic Biktarvy Tablets
Introduction to Taffic Tablet
Traffic Tablet is an antiretroviral drug containing the active ingredient Bictegravir, Emtricitabine, and Tenofovir Alafenamide. It is used in the treatment of HIV-1 infection. It is a Human immunodeficiency virus that mainly occurs when a person's immune system is attacked and weakened by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). This infection progressively weakens the immune system, making individuals more susceptible to opportunistic infections.
Do not take this drug if allergic to Traffic Tablet and other ingredients. During the early stages of HIV-1 treatment, some patients may experience an inflammatory response to opportunistic infections. This condition is called immune reconstitution syndrome. It can occur after starting the drug or other antiretroviral therapies. Knowing this possibility and monitoring for any signs of worsening infections or inflammatory symptoms is necessary. Report to your doctor if you have had a history of heart failure, pancreatitis, bone disease, fractures, liver or kidney problems. Patients diagnosed with pancreatitis or at risk of pancreatitis should take this combination of medicine cautiously. During the treatment, your doctor may periodically monitor your blood counts, bone mineral density, and liver and kidney parameters to prevent serious complications.
Adults of childbearing potential should consider using an effective contraceptive to prevent unwanted pregnancy. If you are pregnant or think you might be pregnant, your physician might suggest an alternative treatment, as this combination regimen is not recommended during early pregnancy. Breastfeeding is not recommended due to the possible transmission of HIV-1 infection from the mother to the baby. TUDOBEST L TABLET
Introduction to Tudobest L Tablet
Tudobest L tablet consists of an active substance called Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate, which belongs to the class of antiretroviral or antiviral medicine. This medicine treats HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) and HBV (hepatitis B virus) infections. It is a nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) and works by inhibiting the enzymes (HIV reverse transcriptase; hepatitis B DNA polymerase) that are important for virus replication. It should always take in combination with other medicines to treat HIV infection. This tablet is suitable for the adult and adolescents aged from 12 to 18 years. For HIV, this medicine is given to adolescents who have already been medicated with other HIV medicines which are no longer fully effective due to resistance or have caused side effects. This tablet is not studied in patients over 65 years of age.
Do not consume this drug if you have experienced hypersensitivity reactions to Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate or any of its ingredients. During the Tudobest L tablet treatment, your doctor may periodically monitor your blood counts, bone mineral density, liver and kidney parameters to prevent serious complications.
Uses of Tudobest L Tablet
• Treatment of HIV and HBV infections
Therapeutic Effects of Tudobest L Tablet
The reverse transcriptase enzyme produces copies of DNA from the HIV’s RNA. Tudobest L tablet is a nucleotide analog that inhibits the reverse transcriptase enzyme and blocks DNA synthesis. It decreases the viral load of HIV in the blood and increases the number of CD4 (T) cells, enabling the immune system to fight other infections. This reduces the risk of severity and death associated with a weak immune system.

Product Description

Taficita 200mg/25mg Tablet is a combination of two anti-HIV medicines: Emtricitabine and Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate. They prevent HIV (virus) from multiplying, thereby reducing the amount of virus in your body. They also increase the CD4 cell (white blood cells that protect against infection) count in your blood.

Taficita (Tenofovir AF 25 mg + Emtricitabine 200 mg) is used with other HIV medications to help control HIV infection. It helps to decrease the amount of HIV in your body so your immune system can work better. This lowers your chance of getting HIV complications (such as new infections, cancer) and improves your quality of life.

Taficita Tablet is a combination of two antiretrovirals. It is prescribed to treat HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) infection. It boosts up the immunity to fight against HIV to manage or treat AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome).

When is the best time to take tenofovir and emtricitabine?

It is usually taken, with or without food, once a day. Take emtricitabine and tenofovir at around the same time every day. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand. Take emtricitabine and tenofovir exactly as directed.

How long does it take for tenofovir and emtricitabine to work?

Biktarvy (bictegravir, tenofovir, and emtricitabine) usually starts working within the first 4 weeks, with a noticeable reduction in HIV viral load (amount of HIV virus in your blood). Within three to six months, the viral load in a large proportion of people falls to an undetectable level.

How long is tenofovir treatment for?

The 2 treatments in both studies had similar safety profiles. Marcellin et al reported that patients who received tenofovir continuously for 240 weeks had sustained suppression of HBV DNA levels below 400 copies/mL (HBeAg-negative patients: 83%; HBeAg-positive patients: 65%).

What to avoid when taking tenofovir?

This medicine may increase the risk for kidney problems, including kidney failure. To reduce this risk, be sure to follow up with all blood tests your doctor may order, and avoid other medications that may injure the kidneys, such as certain other antiviral medicines or NSAID pain medicines.

Tafero Em Tablets
INTRODUCTION
TAFERO EM 200/25MG TABLET is a combination of Tenofovir alafenamide and Emtricitabine which belongs to the group of medicines called Antiretroviral drugs. It is used in adults and adolescents (aged 12 years and older) along with other medicines to treat human immunodeficiency virus 1 (HIV-1) infection.
It can also be used to reduce the risk of getting HIV infection in adult and adolescent men who have intercourse with men. HIV targets the immune system and weakens your defence against many infections that people with healthy immune systems can fight off.
