Introduction To Apigat 5mg Tablet

Apigat 5mg tablet is a direct oral anticoagulant (DOACs) drug belonging to the category of medicines known as Factor Xa Inhibitors, containing the active ingredient Apixaban. It is used for the prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis (blood clots in the veins of your legs), which may lead to pulmonary embolism (clots occurring in the blood vessels of your lungs), in patients who have undergone hip or knee replacement surgery. This drug also reduces the risk of stroke and systemic embolism in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation(AF).

Some formulations of this drug may contain lactose as an inactive ingredient in which the body is unable to digest lactose, a sugar found in milk and dairy products. It can cause symptoms such as bloating, and abdominal pain. If you have lactose intolerance, inform your doctor before starting this therapy. This drug is contraindicated in patients with hepatic disease associated with coagulopathy and clinically relevant bleeding risk, and it is not recommended in patients with severe hepatic impairment. It is essential to inform your doctor if you have a history of any bleeding disorders, liver or kidney disease, or if you're taking any other medications, including over-the-counter drugs, supplements, or herbal remedies.

Abcixirel (Abciximab 10mg) Injection
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Abcixirel 10mg Injection belongs to a group of medicines called antiplatelet medicines or blood thinners. It prevents the clotting of blood in the heart during, before, or after an angioplasty (procedure to improve blood flow to the heart).
Abcixirel 10mg Injection is administered under the supervision of a doctor. Your doctor will decide the dose and duration of the medicine for you. You should continue all your other medicines that are advised by the doctor for your long-term treatment even after this injection.
Use of this medicine may cause low blood platelets and increase your risk of bleeding. Let your doctor know immediately if you see pinpoint rash or blood in your vomits, urine, or stool. Your doctor will explain the benefits and risks associated with this medicine before it is administered.
This medicine is used with caution for some people. Thus, you must inform the doctor if you are suffering from any bleeding disorder, kidney or liver disease. Also, let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and about all the other medications that you are taking regularly.
USES OF ABCIXIREL INJECTION
 Prevention of Blood clots
BENEFITS OF ABCIXIREL INJECTION
In Prevention of Blood clots
Abcixirel 10mg Injection prevents new blood clots from forming and prevents the existing ones from getting bigger. It works by blocking a substance in the body which is involved in blood clotting. Thus it helps your blood flow smoothly throughout the body. This can help reduce damage caused by clots in your lungs (pulmonary embolism), brain (stroke), heart (heart attack), or other blood vessels (thrombosis).
It can also be used to prevent clots from forming after surgery, for example, to replace a knee or hip joint. Although it does not “dissolve” blood clots, it can prevent them from getting bigger so your body can dissolve them over time. It can also make it less likely that parts of a clot will break off and travel to other parts of the body.
SIDE EFFECTS OF ABCIXIREL INJECTION
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
Common side effects of Abcixirel

Benefits Of Dabigat Capsule

In Treatment and prevention of Blood clots

Dabigat 150 Capsule is a type of medicine known as an anticoagulant. Although it does not “dissolve” blood clots, it can prevent them from getting bigger so your body can dissolve them over time. It will also prevent new ones from forming. It works by blocking a substance in the body which is involved in blood clotting. This keeps your blood flowing freely around your body and makes it less likely that a clot will form inside a blood vessel. This can help prevent or reduce damage caused by stroke, clots in your lungs (pulmonary embolism), or other blood vessels (thrombosis). It can also make it less likely that parts of a clot will break off and travel to other parts of the body. You should take it regularly and make appropriate lifestyle changes to help this medicine be effective.

Introduction To Actilyse 50mg Injection

Actilyse 50mg injection contains an active component as Alteplase. It is also known as recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA), used to treat certain medical conditions involving blood clots. It is a thrombolytic agent, meaning it helps to break down blood clots. This medication is commonly used to manage acute ischemic strokes, where a blood clot blocks blood flow to the brain, leading to potential brain damage. By administering atelpase within a specific time frame after the onset of stroke symptoms, doctors aim to restore blood flow to the affected brain tissue and reduce the risk of long-term disability.

Patients who have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to Actilyse 50mg injection or any of its components should not receive this medication. Patients with significant trauma within the past three months due to an increased risk of bleeding should avoid this medication.

Uses Of Actilyse 50mg Injection
